What information we collect

When you request expertise or apply to join the network, we collect the details you give us in the form, such as your name, email address, organisation and a description of what you need or offer.

When you discuss or arrange a membership, retainer or tailored package with us, we collect the contact and business details you provide, your preferred package and expertise, and the correspondence needed to agree and manage the work. Where services are delivered, this may include session bookings, relevant notes and records of the support provided.

When you sign up for guides and case studies, we collect your name, email address, the sector you are interested in and whether you want to receive our newsletter.

We do not ask you to upload CVs or documents through this website, and we do not publish expert profiles without explicit permission.

How we use your information

To respond to your request or application and to discuss how we can help.

To assess your business challenge, identify the expertise you need and assemble and coordinate the appropriate team within ExecFoundry's network.

To arrange and manage agreed memberships, coaching sessions, retainers and tailored work, including the webinars and document access included in your package.

To give you access to our guides and case studies when you sign up.

To send you our newsletter, only where you have asked to receive it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

Where you ask us to arrange a membership, retainer or tailored package, we process information necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to deliver our agreement with you. For general enquiries, network applications and coordination with business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and running our services, balanced against your rights. We also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations.

Where you sign up for the newsletter, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. An enquiry or membership does not automatically give consent to marketing emails.

Who we share information with

We share relevant information with selected executives, advisers and specialists only where needed to assess your requirements or deliver your agreed package. ExecFoundry coordinates this sharing and limits it to what is necessary; your business brief is not published as a public listing.

Service providers supporting our website, secure records and communications may process information on our behalf. Access is limited to what they need to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Joining the expert network is not permission to publish your profile. We do not publish experts' personal profiles or CVs without explicit permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or application, manage your sign-up, deliver and administer your membership or engagement, resolve queries or meet our legal obligations. We then delete it or anonymise it where appropriate.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email notify@execfoundry.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use safeguards to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it to respond to you, coordinate your team or deliver your agreed package. Form details and business information you share with us are treated as confidential by default.
