Terms and Conditions
Using our website and arranging memberships, retainers and packages built around your business.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the ExecFoundry website and explain how our memberships, retainers and tailored packages are arranged. By using this website you accept these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
ExecFoundry's company registration with Companies House is pending. The registered office address supplied for registration is 2 Parkstone Drive, Warrington WA4 5GR. Our company registration number will be added once issued by Companies House.
Our network and services
ExecFoundry is a curated network of senior executives, advisers and specialists. We identify the expertise your business or challenge needs and assemble a coordinated team to deliver a package built around you, rather than simply introducing you to a shortlist of individuals.
Our services include membership and coaching packages, monthly retainers and tailored project work, drawing on leadership, strategy, growth, commercial, marketing and SEO, operations, finance, engineering, technology, data, AI, capital, science, innovation, regulation, defence and government expertise as needed.
This website lets you explore our packages, request support, apply to join the network and sign up for guides and case studies.
The content on this website, including guides and case studies, is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, regulatory or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Case studies are anonymised and generalised to protect confidentiality.
Memberships, retainers and tailored packages
You can choose a Founder, Growth or Retainer package, or ask us to assess your needs and propose a tailored package. ExecFoundry selects and brings together the appropriate expertise and coordinates the team around the agreed work.
Paid memberships include free access to monthly members' webinars. Document access varies by package: Founder includes the core library of guides, templates and checklists; Growth includes a wider library, including master business plans. The Retainer offers access to a tailored leadership team, including technology, science, marketing, engineering, operations, finance and commercial expertise as appropriate to your needs.
Each paid membership, retainer or tailored engagement is subject to a separate written agreement with ExecFoundry. Before you commit, that agreement will set out the fees, included hours, scope, team arrangements, document access, payment and renewal arrangements, and cancellation terms. Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not itself start a paid membership or engagement.
Access to the breadth of our network does not mean every specialist works on every package. Team involvement, availability and support between sessions are subject to the agreed scope. A package does not provide a full-time team, unlimited hours or guaranteed 24-hour support unless expressly agreed in writing.
Experts in the network are independent professionals. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, they are not employees of ExecFoundry.
